DAVID KEITH SELF
David Keith Self was born on September 7, 1951 to the late Harold C. and Nellie W. Self. He passed away on March 1, 2011 at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii.
He is survived by his four children Autumn, Anthony of Pennsylvania, Eddy of Wisconsin, and step-daughter Becky Cox of Colorado and brothers Kent and Steve of North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his son, Aaron.
Keith was a native of Asheville, NC. He served for 24 years in the U.S. Army, retiring in 2001 making Hawaii his home.
Keith was an avid golfer and beloved by many of his fellow golfers. He will be greatly missed.
Memorial services will be held April 10 at Leilehua Golf Course starting at 2 p.m. Bring your stories to share.
