He is survived by wife Barbara; son Mark; daughters Kacey Carvalho-Fierro, Melody Johnson, Sherina Ladzinski and Melissa Ruiz; brother Art Perry; and sister Margie Lemmons. Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. No flowers.
