Eugenia Ramos Maglay, 70, of Honolulu died in Hawaii Medical Center East. She was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Ernesto; son Edgar; daughter Rosemarie; brothers Michael and Dr. Antonio Ramos; sisters Caridad Sales, Florentina Ramos and Virginia Boruvka; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Our Lady of the Mount. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Burial: noon at Valley of the Temples.
