Age 90, of Mililani, Hawaii, passed away April 6, 2011 in Wahiawa. Born February 4, 1921 in Waialua, Oahu. She was co-owner of the Sunny Side Restaurant with her sister Margaret Niino.
She is survived by husband, Jitsumi Yamakawa; sister, Tokiko Sasaki; hanai son, Douglas Niino; hanai daughters, Carol Todd, Luci Shimonishi; numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Wednesday (April 20) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Memorial Service 6:00 p.m. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.
