73Concepcion A. “Ceppi” Dinnan, 86, of Kilauea, Kauai, formerly of Kaneohe, a Hawaiian Dredging cost accountant, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. She was born in New York City. She is survived by sons Raymond, Louis, Steven and Sean, brother Aristides Bello and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mass: 10 a.m. tomorrow at Saint Catherine’s Catholic Church.
