Joseph Raymond Germain, 76, of Honolulu, founder of Inter Isle Supply and a Navy veteran, died. He was born in Lancaster, N.Y. He is survived by wife Elizabeth A., daughter Lynn, sister Thelma Leonardi and two grandchildren. Private services.
