He is survived by parents James and Haleakala; brothers Harold “Hanaukama†Sylvester and Kauka and John “Kamealoha†Ellingsworth; and sisters Beverly “Kehau†Stanich, Bernadette “Mopsy†Cavaco and Brenda “Kaui†Baldarston.
