75Kay Kazue Mikami, 95, of Honolulu, a Miyagi Michio Koto School koto and jiuta shamisen instructor both privately and at the University of Hawaii at Manoa's ethnomusicology department, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by brothers Yoshiharu, George and Herbert; and sister Nancy Takiguchi. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
