Charles R. "Dick" Beamer, 92, of Ewa Beach, a retired Army major and chairman of the Hawaii Lions International Youth Camp, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Anderson, Ind. He is survived by hanai grandchild EileenLynn, nieces and nephews. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 11:15 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
