79Ethel Kazue Basuel, 84, of Wahiawa died in Wahiawa. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Ronald Sakka and Andy Basuel; daughters Judy Belisario, Gale Scott and Colleen Loughlin; brother George Okazaki; sister Ayame Yama-guchi; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10:15 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
