Francis Jackin Fu, 63, of Kailua, a Bank of Hawaii branch manager, Trans Quality Inc. retiree and an Air Force veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Ho-nolulu. He is survived by wife JoAnn M.; son Kenneth S.Y.; brother Dr. Denis; and sisters Linda Wolfenbarger, Deanna Park and Patricia Lee. Private services.
