Elaine Kubo Muroki, 95, of Wailuku, owner of New York Dress Shop in Wailuku, died in Hale Makua Kahului. She was born in Puunene, Maui. She is survived by daughters Anne Ripperger and Carol Kincel, and two grandchildren. Private inurnment services.
