Kenneth Kazutoshi Miyaoka, 82, of Honolulu, a retired Pan American Airlines port steward and six-time Manoa Cup winner, died in Hospice Hawaii, Kailua Home. He was born in Ah Tai Camp, Wahiawa. He is survived by sons Lester H. and Kel T., sisters Lea trice Y. Miyaoka and Jane A. Takara, and three grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
