Elena Bolusan Ramelb, 87, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. She was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by sons Feliciano, Willie and Joven; daughters Juliana Villanueva, Connie Catacutan and Tina Cabalang; brothers Jose, Patricio, Mariano and Benigno Bolusan; 16 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, 20 S. Kukui St. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
