74Shizuko Hamai, 94, of Hilo, a retired cafeteria worker, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born in Kauleau, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Jay and Michael, daughter Kay Carhart, brother Hiroshi Morioka, sisters Tomoe Hara and Amy Akana, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
