German Ngayan, 90, of Kahuku, a retired driver with city transportation and Kahuku Sugar Plantation, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by sons Ernest and Larry; daughters Bonnie Holmbeck, Cora Johnson, Diana Lindholm and Marlene Fantus; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
