Takuzo Kusaka, 90, of Honolulu, a retired Army master sergeant and Tripler Army Medical Center warehouseman, died. He was born in Kalaoa, South Hilo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Machiko; sons Ronald T., Kenji C. and Michael M.; brothers Goro, Takuji and Ryusuke; sisters Yatsue Yamamoto and Tomoe Aruga; and four grandchildren. Private services.
