79Daniel Rivera Sr., 82, of Eleele, Kauai, a retired McBryde Sugar Plantation harvesting crane operator, died at home. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Ruby Jane; sons Zeebedee, Daniel Jr. and Mario; daughter Jan Jacinto; sister Lucille “Lucy” Santiago; 15 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. May 14 at St. Raphael’s Church. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
