He is survived by wife, Mary Parangan; sons, Frank (Marie Cynthia) Parangan, James (Mareta) Parangan; daughter, Leilani (Rosell) Repollo; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Ponciano (Arsenia) Parangan; sisters, Petronila Moises of Philippines, Simplicia (Alfredo) Hall of Philippines; sister-in-law, Basilia Parangan.
Visitation 6:00 p.m. Wednesday (May 11) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Wake Service 7:00 p.m. Visitation also 8:30 a.m. Thursday (May 12) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Funeral Service 10:30 a.m. Burial 11:00 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
