He is survived by wife, Mary Parangan; sons, Frank (Marie Cynthia) Parangan, James (Mareta) Parangan; daughter, Leilani (Rosell) Repollo; 7 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Ponciano (Arsenia) Parangan; sisters, Petronila Moises of Philippines, Simplicia (Alfredo) Hall of Philippines; sister-in-law, Basilia Parangan.
