He is survived by wife, Barbara H. Torricer; sons, Felix E. Torricer II, Todd J. (Jeana) Torricer; brothers, Alfredo Torricer, Vincent Torricer; sisters, Emily Tomas, Magdalena (Alberto) Adaro, Loretta Domingo; 1 granddaughter.
