74Charlotte Reid "Shell" Kippen, 84, of Kailua-Kona, a retired Hawaiian Tel telephone representative and Trans Ocean Airlines reservationist, died in Life Care Center of Kona. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Charles and Mark; daughters Lyn Ragragola and Analani and Keri Kippen; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
