Robert A. Bakiano, 83, of Lihue, a retired merchant seaman and an Army veteran, died in Aloha Nursing & Rehab Centre. He was born in Hanamaulu, Hawaii. He is survived by brother Gregorio and sisters Maxima Alfiche and Eluteria Saulibio. Visitation: 8 a.m. Friday at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 46-129 Haiku Road, Kaneohe. Mass: 9 a.m. Inurnment: 10:30 a.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.
