Age 61, of Wahiawa, HI, passed away April 21, 2011 in Colorado. Born April 5, 1950 in Wahiawa, Hawaii. Worked at Leeward Community College for over 30 years; retiring in 2010. A life long Catholic of the Diocese of Hawaii volunteering her time for many church activities, including teaching religious education classes, and also member of the church counsel.
She is survived by husband, Melvin Soriano; parents, Kenneth and Annie Lopez; sons, Paul (Jennifer) Soriano, Mark (Olivia) Soriano; daughter, Peggy (Kawika) Harbottle; 8 grandchildren.
Visitation 10:00 a.m. Thursday (May 19) at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. (1403 California Ave., Wahiawa); Mass 11:00 a.m. Family will hold a private ceremony to scatter her ashes.
