Age 81 of Waiahole, Oahu formerly of Ocean View and Keopu, Hawaii journeyed home to the Lord at sunrise on February 15, 2011
The youngest daughter of Joseph W Cambra and MaryAnn Fernandez, she was born in Honolulu on December 12, 1929
Sincere, kind and loving "Gracie" often gathered with family and friends to share the fruits of her labor and partake in the benevolence of his grace
Gifted with the resources of many talents and the ability to create with a needle and thread, throughout her life she quilted and shared Hawaiian quilts and American blankets, many of which continue to warm the hearts and souls of her family and friends
As the thread in its continuity holds the quilt together, the gift of Grace keeps always as one
She is survived by her husband Louis K Collins Jr., sons: Taylor, Gerold (Pam), Michael, Stacey (pre deceased), Ernest (Brenda),& Louis III, daughters: Joanna Kaalele, Fanny (George) Alcosiba, Kathy Lou (Dan) Manuel & Titi (Bill) Ricafort. 22 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren,, sister Eleanor Thompson, many cousins, nieces and nephews.
