79Toshio Takahashi, 90, of Kaneohe, a Quality Builders general contractor and an Army veteran who served in World War II and with the Military Intelligence Service, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Clyde S., daughter Susan T., brothers Tsugio and Edwin H., sisters Mii Takakuwa and Harriet N. Kuwahara, and three grandchildren. Private services.
