74Florence Misae Higa, 89, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Education cafeteria helper at Nuuanu Elementary School, died. She was born in Waianae. She is survived by son Milton T.; daughter Caroline S. Ichiki; brothers Fred,Bert, Naro and Shiokichi Nishimura; and two grandchildren. Private services.
