Age 83, of Aiea, passed away May 13, 2011 in Aiea. Born April 16, 1928 in Kunia, Oahu. Retired civil service plumber at Schofield Barracks of 35+ years. A Korean War Veteran.
He is survived by wife, Alice Hirata; son, Wayde Hirata; daughter, Gayle (Michael) Cummins; 1 grandchild, Emily Cummins; niece & nephew.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Thursday (May 26) at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; Memorial Service 6:30 p.m. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.
