PANSOBILLA "PETE" M. SANDOBAL
Age 84, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away April 28, 2011 in Waipahu. Born June 2, 1926 in Waimea, Kauai. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served in the Chosin Campaign from Oct. to Dec. 1950. He was a member of the Holy Name Society and Filipino Catholic Club of St. Joseph Church, Waipahu. He enjoyed golfing, karaoke, tai chi, and ukulele classes.
He is survived by daughters, Elaine Sandobal, Beverly Sandobal; brother, James Sandobal; sister, Louisa (Flaviano) Comajis.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Thursday (May 26) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Wake Service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 11:00 a.m. Friday (May 27) at St Joseph Catholic Church; (94-675 Farrington Hwy., Waipahu) Mass 12:00 p.m. Burial 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
