Hiram Kapu “Big Head†Kamana, 72, of Waianae, a kumu of the Hawaiian organization Mauka to Makai, died in Aiea. He was born in Kaneohe. He is survived by sons Shane, Hiram Jr. and Walter; daughters Tammy K. Yeager, Thomasine “Sina†Kamana and Leihua Savini; hanai son Paul Zoller; sisters Florence L. Barrozo and Donna M. Gaspar; 22 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:30 a.m. Saturday at Nanaikapono Protestant Church, 89-235 Pua Ave., Waianae. Services: 9:30 a.m. Burial: noon at Nanakuli Hawaiian Homestead.
