Patsy Kiyoko Kam, 85, of Honolulu, a secretary at Fort Shafter and Tripler Army Medical Center offices, died in Kahala Nui. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Russell, daughters Sherry and Tessa, brothers Wallace and Walter Arasato, sisters Thelma Yamasaki
