Rocky Joseph “Joe†Racoma, 73, of Oklahoma, formerly of Manhattan, Kan., a former civilian pipe fitter at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Shop 56, died. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by wife Jeanie; sons Chad and Shawn; daughters Heidi Wiley and Tammy Genobia; stepmother Clementia; brothers Alfredo, Felix and Franklin; sister Elsie Demesillo; and five grandchildren.
