Urcino G. "Loy" Julian, 96, of Waipahu, a retired planner and estimator at Subic Bay Naval Base in the Philippines and a Philippine World War II veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Olongapo City, Philippines. He is survived by sons Romeo, Urcino Jr., Virgilio and Julian; daughter Emily Unander; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Private services.
