74Kiyotsugu Hirako, 87, of Waimea, Hawaii, founder of Hirako Farms Inc., died at home. He was born in Waimea. He is survived by wife Shizuko; sons Roger, Jeffrey and Norman; daughter Sharon; brother Harold Fukunaga; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Borthwick Hawaii Funeral Home.
