Jiroichi “Jay†Otani, 94, of Honolulu, an M. Otani Co. business executive and Hawaii National Bank founding director, died in the Queen’s Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Toshiko E.; daughter Nalani Golesorkhi; brothers Akira, Dr. Theodore T. and Gilbert H.; sisters Gladys M. Yoshimura and Evelyn S. Kiyota; caregiver Farshid Golesorkhi; and a grandchild. Celebration of life: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Waialae Country Club, 4997 Kahala Ave. Hawaiian attire. No flowers.
