73Consuelo Alcaparras “Conching” Mendoza, 89, of Kapolei died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Aringay, La Union, Philippines. She is survived by sons Rodolfo, Fernando, Antonio Jr., Domingo, Dominador, Ernesto “Ernie,” Ramon and Hipolito; daughter Rizalina Carino; 20 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:45 a.m. Monday at St. Jude Church, 92-455 Makakilo Drive.
