Nelson Wai Sum Loo, 89, of Honolulu, a retired state Tax Department accountant, died in Kailua. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by son Russell H.L., daughter Stefanie L. Jefts and brothers Ernest M.S. and Gilbert B.S. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 11:15 a.m. Burial: 12:45 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
