Francis J. “Frank” Scott, 71, of Honolulu, a print broker, died in Honolulu. He was born in Montreal. He is survived by son Daniel F.; daughter Shelley Gregory; brothers Edward, Thomas and Andrew; sister Margaret Langill; and four grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. Donations suggested to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
