Thomas M. Okimoto, also known as Tom Okimoto Artist, 82, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaii State Hospital arts and crafts instructor, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mildred Y. and a grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Inurnment: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
