WILLIAM SONNY KAINOA, 88
William S. Kainoa died May 5, 2011, at Wells House Hospice in Anaheim, California. Mr. Kainoa was born July 12, 1922, in Kohala, Hawaii. He served in the United States Army during World War II. He was an active member of the Orange County American Legion. He is survived by a host of relatives, nieces and nephews in Honolulu, Kona, and Hilo, Hawaii. At his request, no services were held.
