Fusayo Shinagawa Whaley, 95, of Kaneohe, a former owner of South Pacific Restaurant and Lounge, and a city retiree, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Kanani and Nui, daughter Mapuana Evjen, brother John Shinagawa, 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 11 a.m. Sunday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: noon. Scattering of ashes to be held at a later date. Aloha or casual attire. No flowers.
