Marilyn Todd “Toddy” Hagans, 73, of Kalopa Mauka, Hawaii, a retired teacher who taught at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, West Hawaii Community College, Head Start of Honokaa, Hamakua Resource Center and Hamakua Health Center, as well as a published writer and junior counselor trainer for Brown Ledge Camp in Colchester, Vt., died at home. She was born in Columbus, Ohio. She is survived by sons Kevin Harlow and Mark and Jonathan Hagans; hanai son Andrew Dahlquist; hanai daughter Kristine Dahlquist; sister Margaret Mock; and three grandchildren. Private services.
