Jack G. Askew
March 31, 2011 Jack G. Askew, 88, of Carson City, Nev., a retired Nevada state Public Works Board architect and Hawaii state Department of Public Safety architectural consultant, and a Navy veteran who served in World War II, died in Nevada. He was born in Fargo, N.D. He is survived by wife Phyllis, son Jeffrey "Jeff," daughters Deborah "Debby" Barth and Pamela "Pam" Hegel, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Inurnment: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
