71Jean Yukiko Takita, 82, of Kula, Maui, a Kaanapali Beach Hotel retiree, died in Kula. She was born in Haiku, Maui. She is survived by sons Michael and Allen; daughters Shirley, Amy and Elaine; brother Edward Sato; sisters Janet Wakayama, Ethel Kawamura, Florence De Rego and Alma Murikami; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Nakamura Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Inurnment: 2 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park. Aloha or casual attire.
