Age 91, of Aiea, Hawaii, passed away June 7, 2011 in Aiea. Born March 4, 1920 in Haiku, Maui, Hawaii. Richard was a member of the 442nd I Company. He was formerly employed by Dole/Castle & Cook and Spencecliff Corp.
He is survived by wife, Nobue "Nickie" Oshiro; daughter, Elyse Farley; brother, Chiyoshi "CO" Oshiro of Lanai City, HI; sister, Doris Higa; grandchild, Richelle Farley.
Visitation 9:30 a.m. Wednesday (June 22) at Mililani Downtown Mortuary; Memorial Service 10:30 a.m. Committal Service 1:00 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. Casual Attire.
