William Chin "Sonny" Nipp Jr., 79, of Mililani, a retired postal carrier and Roberts Hawaii Handi-Van school bus driver, died in Mililani. He was born in Ho-nolulu. He is survived by companion Peggy Chong; sons Clyde and Clinton; daughter Sandra Park; sisters Elaine Myers, Evelyn Militante and Winona Castro; 19 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren. Scattering of ashes: 6 p.m. Saturday at Mokuleia Beach (before Camp Erdman). Loose flowers welcome.
