Raymond V. Teixeira, 86 yrs. of Honolulu born in Hilo, Hawaii died in Orange County, Ca. At home with his family by his side. He retired from Pearl Harbor Shipyard as a Machine Supervisor, retired U.S. Air Force, went on to work for Civil Service Navy Public Works a total of 41 years in Military Federal Service.
He is survived by brother Francis W. Teixeira, daughters: Yvonne Teixeira, Beverly Brock, Kathy Teixeira, 7 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
Services: June 28, 2011, St John Vianney Catholic Church, 920 Keolu Dr., Kailua, Hi 96734. Visitation: 10:00-10:30. Funeral Mass: 11:00. Burial at 2:00 P.M. Hawaiian Veterians Cemetery, Keneohe.
