Dean S. Moore, 86, of Hawley, Texas, a judge in Texas, died in Hawaii Medical Center East. She was born in Rule, Texas. She is survived by daughter Joellyn Hallmark, sisters Eloise Newbury and Janice Wolsch, six grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Services to be held in Texas.
