75Sing Low Thom, 86, of Hilo, owner and chef for the former Hoy Lung Chinese Restaurant in Flushing, Queens, N.Y., died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Quongdoun, China. He is survived by son Kenneth G., daughters Karen A. and Stacy K., sister Swet Fong Thom-Chan, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services: Monday at sea. For information, call 963-5148.
