Survived by parents, Rodney and Kay Johnson; brother, Brad (Dayna) Johnson; sisters, Lei (Matt) Wong, Kuuipo (Harry) Santana, Roxanne (Chris) Cardejon; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
